The Service & Internship Fair is a fantastic opportunity to promote your organization and recruit Sonoma State student interns and volunteers. The Service & Internship Fair will take place on Thursday, August 30th, from 11:30am-1:30pm in Salazar Plaza.

SSU students and faculty are not required to register for the event.

Important Note: Students can register for internship credits until September 14. Some departments may have earlier deadlines. Be prepared to encourage students to see their advisor to register before the deadline.

Community Partners interested must register by August 16:  REGISTER HERE

Parking & Fees: Parking is $5 day (there is no partial day option). Please plan accordingly. Each lot on campus has a parking pay station that accepts both cash and credit cards. If you have a large display, please park in 45 minute parking at the flagpole at the Information Booth South. Students will be there to help you drop off your materials and setup. You can then park your car in a longer-term spot. Since the Fair begins at 11:30am, we ask that you complete set up by 11:15am.

What is Being Provided: We will provide you with a 6' table and 2 chairs. If you need a tent or additional chairs, please bring them. Lunch is not provided. You are more than welcome to bring your own lunch or visit one of the many dining locations on campus.
